If it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

You do not need to send it back. Shipping a small item back overseas costs more than the item is worth, so we do not ask you to do it. Tell us what went wrong — a photo helps but is not required — and we issue the refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks normally take 5–10 business days to show it.

If an order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, the same applies: contact us and we refund or replace it.
